Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for store credit unless otherwise noted. Customized items (including the Design Your Own Swimsuit), accessories and sale items are final sale.

If you would like to request an exchange, please email RaeLoSwim@gmail.com within 5 days of the carrier confirmed delivery date of your order. In the event an exchange is accepted, a return shipping label will be generated by Raelo Swimwear and emailed to the customer. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit total for the exchange. Store credit will be provided in the form of an E-Gift Card upon receipt of the exchange, and confirmation that the items have not been worn, laundered or damaged. Shipping charges are non refundable. RaeLo Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a tracking status confirming delivery.
